Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Open Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of Breedsville shall hold a special meeting Closed Session on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at 82 East Main St., Breedsville, MI 49027, in order to discuss pending issues relating to Litigations with EGLE.  Discussion may occur in closed session depending on the action of the board. Also, discuss any other matter that may come before the board.
